What is the best continuation for white?

My brother and I played this game yesterday. I ended up having to leave shortly after this position but I saved it because honestly, I did not know how to finish it. We both had approximately five minutes left. The opening of choice for white (curradojr, me) was the Danish Gambit. He played into it strangely but eventually it led to a more typical position. As is typical of the Danish white needed to lay down a formidable attack and soon, before black gains a foothold on the board.
